However, due to the development of China's decoration industry a relatively short time, the country's relevant laws and regulations are incomplete, our decoration industry in many ways still a problem. In this paper, the design of Anshan decoration remuneration satisfaction and organizational commitment for the study, organizational commitment of many factors, and this paper, the elements covered by compensation analysis, research on various pay elements of organizational commitment .
