During the development of our economy, urban-rural income gap is a very important issue. According to the analysis of economic theory, with a large number of rural labors moving to the urban, rural labor's income will increase, and thus wage income of rural residents will increase, which would bring the overall increase in the income of rural residents, and it will gradually narrow the income gap between the urban and rural. China has given rise to increased labor mobility in rural areas, and the urban-rural income gap expands. This is due to the constraints of our various restrictive systems, the rural labor force can not be fully and freely access to the urban sector, rural labor mobility on the role of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas is limited. Generally low quality of rural labor, the slow development of the agricultural economic are contributed to the widening income gap between urban and rural areas. At this stage, we have to carry out the household registration system and the related institutional reforms, to make the rural labor force move into the urban sectors in a free environment; we need to strengthen the rural labor force's cultural education and the skills'training in order to enhance their departments in the city competitiveness, to increase the wage income of this group, thus increase the wage income of rural residents; while we should also increase the investment in the agricultural economic development, in order to make the agricultural economic development in a health and rapid way, lead to an increased non-wage income of rural residents. In this series of measures, increasing income of rural residents will be possible to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas. This paper uses the comparative analysis methods and the empirical research methods.
