Based On The Theory Of Inventory Control Of Talent Pool Study In Star-rated Hotels

The outflow of talent is the choke-point problem that resists the development of enterprises these days. And the hotel is one of the industries which have been severely suffered from the talent people's leaving. The loss of talent, in particularly, the managers', limits the sustainable development of hotel industry to the large extent. Therefore, how to help hotel companies to reserve the talent people, and how to build a solid and stable personnel rank, have very important significance for research.This paper is started from the status of star-rated hotels and the phenomenon of brain drain, carries out a depth interview in three-teen star-rated hotels in Jinan. Across the theory boundary between Human Resource Management and Inventory Management, and seeking a meeting point between the two theories actively, in order to make an introduction of Inventory Control idea to the star-rated hotels'reserve of talent people. Establish a pool model of talent for star-rated hotels in Jinan, relying on the data which is collected from the interviews; Put the principles and procedures of human storage forward that star-rated hotels can follow; Assume that through the formation of the relevant-interest Union, to build a joint talent pool and the third-party talent pool model. Base on the two models of talent pool to minimize the cost of hotels'reverse of the talent; At last, propose to establish of the long-term mechanism for the talent pool, in order to reduce the risk of it, and to achieve the optimal allocation of human resource.This paper is based on the knowledge of Management, Strategic Human Resource, Inventory Control, Psychology of Management and Statistics and makes a useful attempt on the built of a talent pool model, with a view to do its modest contribution to the study of human storage.
