In the second decade of the 21 st century,under the mobile Internet to promote the hotel ushered in the new prosperity period,large hotels in major cities in China in the form of brand output expansion,the hotel brand development trends of the current high star hotel market has stable customers well-regarded room sales profits rising trend is the key to the hotel management,at present,the industry gradually developed a new model,however,emerging room reservation mode and sales channels in traditional channel change makes many hoteliers in guest room sales channel management Therefore,this paper carried out a study on the evaluation and selection strategy of the sales channels of high-star hotels.This paper for the old and new channels to classify the definition and characteristics,through the data query questionnaire and experience summary introduces the industry trend of channel relationships based on the control tendency to adapt to the crowd and competition principle of destination principle comprehensive control principle and the principle of mutual restriction measure,using weighted score evaluation method of sales sales score and calculation such as principles of cost evaluation method,the hotel's expectations and the actual score by comparison analysis and use,to draw conclusions Finally,taking a four-star hotel as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the channel research conducted by calculating the specific data and corresponding formulas of the hotel.The research of this paper is based on the overall goal,according to the business model and channel attributes to determine the overall channel selection scheme of the hotel,and according to the attributes of the hotel to analyze the preferences of different channels,to meet the needs of current operation,future growth,channel balance,source quality and guest management.In addition,the regulatory measures analyzed in this paper can help managers to grow or limit specific channels according to the requirements of the hotel.The research of this paper is aimed at the current high star hotels in the whole market,which has a certain comprehensiveness,integrity and contrast.
