With the rapid expansion of the real estate industry and increased competition, talent supply can not meet the needs of the rapid development of real estate companies. Encourage competition for talent has led the real estate professionals frequently flowing in the industry. Insufficient supply of talent and brain drain will cause corporate personnel echelon fault, increase the cost and difficulties of talent management, and affect the sustainable development of enterprises seriously. How to acquire employee who can do well in the post when company needs, how to build and manage talent pool, how to create own personnel training system, has became the focus of many excellent real estate companies.In the paper, for category management of the talent pool, the talent has classified by the contribution of position and availability of talent in the real estate industry. Based on the full understanding of real estate industry development status, traits and human resource characteristics, I study deeply the theory of supply chain and inventory management, and seek meeting point between human resource management and inventory management, in order to exploring apply the inventory management theory to the talent pool management, so as to provide new ideas for instantly acquisition of talent.The research object is the real estate industry. The relevant data range from the status of the real estate industry to stability of the talent. Relying on survey data, using relevant statistical tools, I analyzed the rate of brain drain, the features of left time, and the influence factors of brain drain comprehensively, in order to explain the necessity of talent pool that real estate enterprise established. Then, I analyzed the main problems of talent pool management and discussed the factors that influence management. Finally, I put forward the principles and procedures of talent pool management in the human resource supply chain, design talent pool management system, implement dynamic management of the talent pool, advise to build a joint talent pool and the third-party talent pool for reducing the cost of management, perfect the management of backup talents store, and to set up the long-term mechanism of talent pool management, so to reduce the risk of talent management and realize the optimal allocation of talents.
