Research On Harmony Integration Of Urban Residential Community Architecture System

Based on the national science foundation program"A Study on Harmony Integration and Efficiency Promotion of Residential Communities based on Value Theories"(70773030), this research tries to study on harmony integration of urban residential community architecture system (URCAS) with the use of harmony theory, system theory, planning, architecture and other related knowledge. It aims to optimize the quality of URCAS, to provide a theoretical and political basis for harmonious integration of urban residential community. This paper mainly contains the following aspects:(1) Firstly, this paper reviews on the research of settlements, harmony and integration theories at home and abroad and presents the researching contents and methods of this study. After identification of the related concepts of URCAS and a deep definition of harmony measurement, harmony analysis and integration theory, harmony integration theory of URCAS is promoted here. On the other hand, brief descriptions of residential consumption theory and structural equation model are illustrated, laying the theoretical foundation and mathematical models for harmony integration of residential architecture system.(2) Urban residential community system is founded after a full analysis of functional element of the urban district."Architecture system"is selected as the research object, and is subdivided into"residential condominiums subsystem","residential buildings subsystem"and"settlements layout subsystem". With a scope definition and harmony measurement of these three systems, a thorough harmony analysis of the architecture system is pointed out from the qualitative aspect. Meanwhile, the integration goals, principles, theoretical paths and the specific integration procedures are put forward.(3) How to conduct harmony integration of the residential architecture system is the core part of this article. It is mainly solved through two levels: firstly, it is analyzed from the household housing demand differentials, making a further study of the quality of the residential buildings to match the level of the former. Secondly, it is researched from the technical aspect, integrating the elements of the three subsystems of the URCAS respectively. Through the deep analysis of these two levels of integration, this article aims to enhance the inner residential building system harmonious degree, and also the harmonious degree with the segment market as well as the potential customer needs.Within the whole research procedures, the author combined harmonious management theory with the residential architecture system optimization creatively. With the integration of multi-disciplinary and multi-level knowledge, it is of great theoretical innovation. This paper makes a full description of how to integrate the system from both economic and technical views. Thus, it provides a practical reference and also a guide tool to promote the residential community values, to enhance the harmony degree of the settlements and also suggest a better way for settlement development model. It is no doubt to be theoretical meaningful as well as practical innovation.
