Effective strategy is an essential part to guide its progress during the process of growth and development for any enterprise. Socio-economic environment changes faster and faster with the going further of information age, dynamic competition comes unavoidably, which both make it impossible to make long-term strategy planning, and it would be appropriate to make the length of planning to be from three to five years. Based on this consideration, This paper make a model studying the relationship between realized strategy and future strategy choice and moderating effect of competitive forces on the relationship, focusing on the influencing relationship between internal and external conditions and corporate strategy.Firstly, This paper makes a review and sorts out the current situation about the strategy choice and strategic objectives. This paper make the model studying the relationship between the realized strategy and future strategy choice and moderating effect of competitive forces on the relationship after basic reseaech on the theory of realized strategy, objectives, strategy choice and five forces model. Secondly, a brief introduction is made about enterprise development strategy investigation of machine line where data comes from,and the related indicators were defined. This paper choose three most important competitive forces of machine line and extract a common factor as an indicator of the overall competitive force through principal component analysis through the analysis of competition situation of machinery line.And then, ANVOA, logistic regression analysis and hierarchical regression are used to verify the assumptions of the model, which find that all assumptions are confirmed partially, especially moderating effect of competitive force. It is obvious that some specific aspects of their own capacities was focused on and no systematic and comprehensive consideration about their own conditions and external environment was made when making strategic decisions.Finally, based on the result of empirical analysis, some suggestions and measures are made to rectify biased attitudes and approaches happened in the process of strategy making.
