| Industry is the basis and prerequisite for supporting national development.The stable operation of the industrial system and the maintenance of a certain scale of growth will play a positive role in promoting national development.At present,China’s industrial development environment is full of many uncertainties.On the one hand,the trend of "anti-globalization" and the tendency of trade protectionism are getting stronger,and the dominant position of Chinese industry in the global value chain is beginning to shake.On the other hand,China’s industrial downward pressure still exists,industrial transformation and upgrading and "capacity reduction" still have a long way to go.In the context of profound changes in the industrial operation environment,the establishment of an effective and reliable industrial evaluation system is conducive to accurately understanding the trend of economic development in an industrial society and formulating and improving industrial economic policies.Mahalanobis-Taguchi System(MTS)combines the signal-to-noise ratio with the mahalanobis distance,and selects an appropriate orthogonal table to select and optimize the evaluation index,which has a good universality.Based on Mahalanobis-Taguchi System,this thesis deeply studies the evaluation and application system of industrial operation quality.Firstly,the relevant concepts and methods of industrial operation evaluation are analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of various evaluation methods are compared,and the evaluation index is optimized by using the Mahalanobis-Taguchi System.Second,the design is based on the improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System industrial operation quality evaluation model,namely using the data envelopment analysis(DEA)to address the system normal filter samples,delete the efficiency value is less than 1 sample to build the new benchmark space,on the basis of optimization screening index,and combining with the research methods of the principal component information entropy to sentenced to segment the rationality of the design model in this paper.Finally,the operation quality of all industrial systems in Hunan is tested and compared with the existing evaluation methods to show its feasibility.The results show that the evaluation system can accurately express about 81% of the information of the original index system,and compared with the traditional evaluation model of industrial operation quality of Mahalanobis-Taguchi System,the improved evaluation model of industrial operation quality of Mahalanobis-Taguchi System is found to be better.This thesis constructs the evaluation index system of industrial operation quality from sevendimensions,and finds that the industrial operation quality of each city and prefecture in Hunan province is unevenly distributed,with the overall pattern of "east high and west low",showing certain spatial differences,which can be specifically divided into three echelons.At the same time,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,and gives some suggestions to improve the level of industrial operation and development. |
