Evaluation And Application Of Property Service Quality Based On The MTS

This article is about evaluation and application of property management service quality based on the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system (MTS). With the development of the national economy, the requirements of service quality are increasing; the quality of service evaluation research has become a hot spot at home and abroad in recent years. As a special property of the service sector, the quality of its service quality has also been more and more important. But property management and service quality evaluation in China is still in its infancy, that we lack of effective property management services quality evaluation system and evaluation methods. At the basis of a full analysis of the status of property at home and abroad, and related services in a large number of quality assessment literature book, the paper analyze the evaluation of the quality of service indicators for the property conducted in a deep degree. And then think of the classic SERVQUAL service quality evaluation methods, the paper construct a property evaluation index system for quality of service based on the theory of contact points. Then we use the university property to be a sample study, in which MTS is used to screening and optimizing the indicator system. Finally, MTS and SEM are respectively used to evaluate the service quality. Through the comparison of the two different type results, MTS is confirmed to be effective and feasible. This paper provides a new way to evaluate the service quality.
