| Petrochemical energy is the cornerstone of industrial society.With the rapid development of China's economy,China's domestic oil refining and chemical enterprises have made considerable progress in both production scale and category.In the construction projects of new and expanded refining and chemical plants in China,EPC general contracting management is favored by the owners,because it can integrate resources of all parties and better meet the needs of the owners.The main business of D Company is the general contracting business of EPC construction project in refining and chemical industry.The investment scale of domestic refining and chemical engineering projects varies greatly according to their capacity.The amount of investment is as small as millions and as large as tens to tens of billions.The material procurement quota involved in the project is usually 60-70% or higher of the total project investment,which shows its importance to EPC projects.The material basis of project construction is provided by procurement,and the management of project procurement is an indispensable component of project management.D company is in the process of reorganization in recent years,and its position of EPC project procurement in refining engineering is also changing.Although it can ensure the normal operation of the project,there are some problems affecting the smooth operation of the project in the conventional operation.This research focuses on the actual situation of D company,aiming at the procurement part of EPC project.The paper is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter studies the significance of the topic,the research methods and contents;the second chapter combs the theories used in the research;the third chapter analyzes the recent situation and difficulties of procurement,and analyzes the corresponding problems one by one;the fourth chapter establishes the procurement optimization party;the fifth chapter establishes three guarantee measures. |
