Study On The Cost Control Of The General Contracting Project Of Refining And Chemical Engineering Of ZR Company

ZR Company is an engineering company that has been transformed from engineering design to general contracting.In the early stage of the transformation,due to the lack of knowledge reserves of ZR Company,imperfect management system and lack of project management experience,ZR Company's management level could not meet the needs of general contracting of refining and chemical engineering projects when undertaking complex refining and chemical engineering projects.ZR Company's project cost control is not ideal.ZR Company as the research object,this paper first introduces the research background,purpose,significance,and domestic and foreign project cost control research status.Then this paper expounds the related concepts,influencing factors and theoretical basis of the general contracting project's cost control about refining and petrochemical engineering.Meanwhile,this paper introduces the principle and application of "Value Engineering Method" and "Earned Value Method".This paper,analysis of problem in the project cost control stage with the method of interview survey.Based on the existing problems of ZR Company,this paper analyzes the project cost management system and project implementation level,establishes the value engineering management system,improves the organization system and proposes corresponding countermeasures.In combination with the actual situation,this paper verifies the effectiveness of “Value Engineering Method” and “Earned Value Method” for project cost control,so as to ultimately improve ZR Company's profit by controlling project cost.At present,the problems faced by ZR Company in the project cost control stage are representative in this type of company.The countermeasures and Suggestions in this paper can be used for reference by similar companies,so as to improve the management level of cost control.
