The electric power industry is related to the national economy and the livelihood of people,which is the basic industry of our national economy.Since twenty-first Century,the demand of electric power is increasing day by day.The development of traditional electric power can not satisfy the development of economy and the improvement of productivity.On the smart grid development background,distribution automation has come into being and project master distribution automation construction has become priority among priorities.But in the long construction period of such projects in China,invested a large amount of money,spent more resources,consider a wide range of factors,structure and function of complex,investment in distribution automation project and implementation the scientific project assessment is particularly important,not only can ensure the safety and reliability of the project construction process,but also can get the expected benefits after the production.Therefore,It is important to objectively evaluate the feasibility of the power industry project by using the project pre-assessment method.In this paper,the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the project of Tongliao distribution automation master station in Inner Mongolia.The final purpose is to analyze the feasibility of the project.In detail,firstly summarizes the evaluation of distribution automation main station project background and significance of the research.The current situation of the development of the project evaluation at home and abroad,the research substances and research methods;elaborate the basic theory of evaluation of distribution automation project,including the assessment principles and procedures,before the assessment the content,basic method evaluation;secondly combining the basic characteristics of the master project of distribution automation,from the technical level,the evaluation index system of the economic and social benefits of construction project of distribution automation master station level.Then the index weights are determined by using the method of entropy strong objectivity,calculation of membership,and then establish the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the main station of distribution automation includes the basic content and the general steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,it takes the Tongliao distribution automation master station as a case to make a pre-evaluation.The results show that the Tongliao Power Distribution Automation Project meets the requirements of the investors and proves that it is feasible to use the entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod both in theory and in practice to evaluate the distribution automation master project effectively,For the investment side to make investment decisions to provide reference value.
