The Research On Development Strategy Of The Public Transport System In Tianjin West Station Sub-center

Urban public transport facilities are an indispensable infrastructure for urban residents.The Tianjin Sub-center of the Tianjin West Railway Station is one of the important areas for the “one main and two deputy” development strategies in Tianjin.The development and improvement of the public transport system is based on its comprehensive strength.Improvement has an irreproachable promotion effect.This article takes the development strategy of the public transportation system of the Tianjin West Railway Sub-center as the research object,and borrows the "Bus Urban Assessment and Evaluation Index System" issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China under the premise of consulting domestic and foreign references,and it is also a public transportation system for the Tianjin West Railway Station Sub-center.The system collects data on three aspects of interconnection and interoperability in time and space,level of smart construction,and fare management level for ticketing,establishes a questionnaire for the development level of the public transport system in the sub-center of Tianjin West Railway Station,and applies quantitative methods to the questionnaire.The results of the collected data were analyzed and compared.Based on the results of analysis and comparison,the problems existing in the construction of the public transportation system in the Xizhan Sub-center were analyzed,and the development strategy of the public transportation system in the sub-center of Tianjin West Railway Station was proposed.The main contents of the research are as follows: First,the article summarizes and summarizes the references related to urban public transport,and forms the initial thinking of writing;secondly,it elaborates on the concept connotations of the urban sub-centers,urban public transport and public transport systems involved in the article.This paper discusses the theory of public goods,sustainable development,and urban development used in this article in conjunction with the characteristics of urban public transport,and defines the scope of this study.Third,it has formulated and distributed 440 public transport services for the Tianjin West Railway Station Sub-center.The survey questionnaire of the development level of the system uses statistical analysis software to conduct exploratory factor analysis and reliability test on the data collected from the survey questionnaire,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the development status of the public transportation system of the Tianjin West Railway Sub-Centre.Based on the quantitative evaluation results,the problems in the development of the public transportation system at the Xizhan Sub-center were analyzed,and corresponding development strategies were proposed.This paper combines the actual situation of the development of public transportation system in the sub-center of Tianjin West Railway Station,and comprehensively analyzes and evaluates the three aspects of the public transport system of the Tianjin West Station Sub-center in the aspects of interconnection,interoperability,intelligent construction,and fare management for ticketing.The evaluation index system for the development level of the public transport system in the sub-center of the West Railway Station is adopted.In this paper,a combinatorial evaluation method is used to test the feasibility of the indicator through questionnaire survey.The weight of the indicator is determined by the factor analysis method,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to judge the West Railway Station.The development level of the sub-centre public transport system tries to identify the problems and key factors through quantitative evaluation.This has certain innovation in the research content and research methods.
