Research On Analysis And Evaluation Of Transportation System In Tianjin Port

Tianjin Port is located in the western end of Bohai Bay, located in the Haihe River and its estuary, the Bohai Sea in the north, northwest and inland areas such as the shortest distance from the port, is the capital of Beijing’s gateway to the sea, is the shortest of the eastern end of the Eurasian Continental Bridge starting point. In the 21 st century, the port of Tianjin booming production and construction, by the end of 2013, the annual throughput of the port has more than 500 million tons and container throughput of 13 million TEUs, became the first 500 million tons in northern China port, ranks among the world-class port. Tianjin port throughput continued to grow, not only to the port infrastructure, higher demands, but also to the ports collection and distribution system to bring greater pressure. Tianjin Port contradiction collection and distribution systems and the growing cargo throughput between the increasingly obvious.The background of this study firstly on the port collecting and distributing system and the throughput of the port, the significance of the research are described, and the present research status at home and abroad are summarized. In the related theoretical part of the system concept, structure and functions were defined, the basic concept and distributing system of the port set, present status and development trend of combining domestic and foreign port collecting and distributing system, summarizes the analysis of the factors affecting port collecting and distributing system. In the basic theory on the basis of analysis, detailed introduces the natural condition of Tianjin port, analyzes the economic structure and the traffic status of Tianjin port hinterland and its influence on the Tianjin port throughput, and the highway, railway, waterway transportation, pipeline transportation system and their mutual relation are analyzed and compared.When conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the Tianjin Port collection and distribution system, through the various elements of port transportation system, a brief analysis, using expert survey, the research process and characteristics of port transportation system evaluation to determine the port transport system evaluation The index system, and to determine the weight of each index using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). According to the characteristics of research questions, select the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the collection and distribution systems, and selected Qingdao, Dalian, mutatis mutandis, as a judge of the object, resulting in a final judgment results.
