The Research On Informatization Strategic Planning In Hunan Jianhua Precision Instruments Co.,ltd.

Manufacturing industry informatization is the key that makes national manufacturing industry from large to strong, and it is also the core of the integration that promotes industrialization and informatization at present. However, with the promotion of informatization, some companies have struck into"IT black hole", which mainly results from lacking holistic informatization strategy planning in the process of informatization conduction.The research purpose of this paper is to formulate Hunan Jianhua Precision Instruments Co., Ltd's informatization strategy planning. It makes some descriptions on basic situation and enterprise strategies of Hunan Jianhua Precision Instruments Co., Ltd. With the theories and methods of the corporate strategy management, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment, as well as the company's development trends comprehensively. Using the method of Critical Success of Factor (CSF) to converse the factors influencing the success of company's strategic objectives into the company's information needs; using the method of Business System Planning (BSP) to identify the company's information system architecture supporting the company's information needs; using the theory and method of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to analyze the key processes and organizational structures of company's strategic objectives. With the comprehensive analysis of above, an overall information strategy framework for the company is thus created. Analyses of the risks that will emerge in the process of the company's information strategy implementation, proposition of the risk control means and possibilities of reducing risks happenings or losses and threats brought about by that risks assure the smooth implemented of the company's informatization strategy. By analyzing the expected results of the operational efficiency, management and core competitiveness after informatization strategy being conducted, it will ensure the informatization progresses with the desired objectives.The research methods and conclusions in this paper can not only guide informatization construction of Hunan Jianhua Precision Instruments Co.,Ltd's, at the same time, it also offers reference for manufacturing industry enterprises that are already in or ready for informatization.
