The Research About Evolution Of Industrial Structure Effect Resource Utilization In Hunan Province

The ajustment of Economic structure is the eternal theme of economic development, the change of industry structure is very clode to economic growth. Natural resources are the basis for regional economic development, in the realization of a new process of industrialization in Hunan Province face serious resource issues, economic growth remains extensive to an intensive phase. This paper studies the ajustment of Economic structure effects resources utilization in Hunan Province, summed up the reasons for the impact of resource use in Hunan, which improve the efficiency of resource use for the Hunan Province to carry out the appropriate industrial restructuring, to achieve sustainable economic development has important practical significance .In this paper, industrial economics, resource and environmental economics, Western economics, and other related theories on the evolution of industrial structure affect the efficiency of resource utilization has done a theoretical analysis, using econometric time series analysis method, the industrial structure and resources in Hunan Province multivariate cointegration test and Granger causality analysis, at the same time, this paper use canonical correlation analysis method to analyze the relevance between the evolution of industrial structure and resources. The results show that the development of secondary industry to increase the energy consumption,construction land increased, while use of farmland to reduce the area of cultivated land,but water consumption has been reduced. The first development of the industry will increase the demand of water resources, energy consumption reduction and the protection of cultivated land would increase the size of cultivated land. The third development of the industry will reduce the water consumption, and will not have much effect on cultivated land, relative to the second industry the energy consumption to be lower.It can be seen that industrial structure is the long-term stability of factors to affect the water resources, industrial structure, energy, land resources. the different structure have different impact of the use of resources, the development of secondary industry impact of resource use is most evident. To improve the efficiency of resource use, Hunan should optimize the industrial structure, vigorously develop the tertiary industry.
