Study Of Patents Effect On Optimizing Our Country's Export Structure

Patent is the core of state scientific and technological innovation system. The effective implementation of technology innovation is unable to do without the integration and interaction of the factors of innovation system, even without the prompt application and effective implementation of patent. And the application and authorization of patent influences technology differently based on different aspects. From another perspective, the optimization of trade structure is a hotspot. Then whether the necessary link does exist between the invention of patent and the optimization of trade structure. This paper is about the application and authorization of patent impact on the optimization of our country's export structure in the sight of patent. In piror literature research, almost all scholars classify export goods according to SITC code. But the paper uses LALL to classify export goods in order to use reasonable classification way to study that patent influence the exportation of technical products and trade competitiveness.The paper studys the relationgship betweent the application and authorization of patent and the optimization of exportation structure in sight of patent, combining theory and facts, looking back the research all over the world, and using mathematical model of patent producing, transmiting and spreading. Because of the application and authorization of patent have different impacts in mathematical model, we make different subjects'patent authorization and different types'patent application as explaining variables in models. Then we study the authorization and application influence our country's technical products and try to find out the dynamic relationship.The empirical result shows that different subjects'authorization have impacts on our country's different technical products in various degree. At the same time, considering the organic growth effect of patent application, we classify patent application in different types and study these separately influence the dynamic relationship to technical products. Then we find that the raise of invention application improves the middle and high-technical products'exportation on long terms and makes the technical products'trade competitiveness better. Although the application of apperarance design impacts on the technical products'exportation, it is not obvious compared with invention and the improvement to technical products'trade competitiveness is indistinctive.Finally, on the basis of the above studies and both on the macro-scale and micro-scale level, we put forward a series of suggention to fit our country's situation.
