Promoting sound and rapid development of the agricultural economy is the important prerequisite to maintain the national macroeconomy growth in stability and healthy, but production efficiency is the basis of the macroeconomy which provides guarantee of the sustainable development of economy. According to the theory of agricultural economy growth and Production frontier which mainstream-economics provides, the most effective indicator of production efficiency is total factor productivity. In order to estimate the agricultural production efficiency, people had to turn to relying on a single input element, or consider pure technical efficiency only While ignoring the impact of Random factors in agricultural output. It limits people's in-depth understanding about regional differences in agricultural productivity efficiency to some extent. In addition, although the ordinary least squares (OLS) model is widely used in mainstream economics, it lack of powerful explanation in regional differences of economic phenomenon because of the strict assumption of spatial independent identically distributed and homogeneity geographical conditions. Spatial economists believe that an economic object of regional spatial unit has correlation with surrounding spatial units which is an important indicator of regional economic phenomenon. Therefore, it is very necessary to consider spatial factors to re-examine and explore the regional differences and it's influencing factors of agricultural economy in China. This paper draw on economic theory of agricultural development at home and abroad, and consider the actual situation in china. On the foundation of decomposed the agricultural total factor productivity in China and analysis the situation and characteristics of regional development of agriculture, and study agricultural economy by using the Spatial Econometrics, this paper analyzes the cluster and differences of regional economic development of agriculture in China, try to show the spatial mechanism of agricultural input factors such as land, labor force which work on the regional productivity efficiency of agriculture, and explore it's mechanism and laws in the dynamics evolution more scientific. This paper shows that, first, the overall level of agricultural productivity in China is lower from 1985 to 2008, there is significant international differences and regional differences in the total factor productivity of agriculture. Second, technology progress is the main driving force of the growth of total factor productivity than technical efficiency, there is not scale economies in agricultural. Third, there are significant feature of spatial cluster in agriculture economy and continued to strengthen. The measuring results of Moran I index show that this spatial cluster phenomenons are cause by non-random positive spatial correlation. Fourth, nearly four-fifths provinces' agricultural development have show a significant positive correlation, mainly for high-high aggregate type which concentrated in the eastern, and the driving force of spacial contact shows a gradual increase trend. Fifth, agricultural employees, fertilizer, irrigation and climate factors are closely related to regional agricultural economy, and the spacial Influence of land, farm machinery and draft animals are not clear yet.At last, the author gives some advice on how to strengthen the regional economic sustainable development of agriculture:First, complete the sustainable development of regional functional division and enhance the competitiveness of agricultural economic development continuously. Second, make a reasonable allocation of input factors and improve the development environment of agriculture. Third, establish a agricultural capital investment mechanism with the feature of comprehensive, multi-channel and multi-level. Fourth, more emphasis on the spatial dependence of agricultural production and enhance the driving force of regional agricultural development.
