Urbanization is a long-term city-oriented congregation process of the population. Currently, our country is under the high-speed development of urbanization. From 1996 to 2008, the average increase rate of urbanization in our country is 1.28%, which has far exceeded that of the world in the same period. According to the urbanization development strategy of our government, all the local governments are positive to enact the development aims of urbanization and put the urbanization policy of the designated areas the upmost priority. Therefore, as the pillar industry in our national economy.The Real Estate Industry is also in its skyrocketing development. The rapid development of urbanization has prompted and created a huge stage for the development of the Real Estate Industry, whereas, the Real Estate Industry has also prompted the development of urbanization, and has guaranteed the material requirement for its progress.This paper focuses on the research of the related theoretical knowledge and the relationship of urbanization and the Real Estate Industry through a comparison of the development status quo of the related domestic and foreign industries. First, I research on the influence from the urbanization to the Real Estate Industry in a theoretical way. Then, in terms of the econometric principle and the soft wares such as Eviews, I dig into the influence on the Real Estate Industry from urbanization. And at the meantime, I also give a qualitative analysis on the influence on urbanization from the Real Estate Industry. Finally, I have drawn my suggestion for the coordinated development of the urbanization and the Real estate Industry.
