In recent years,with the booming promotion of industrialized building,prefabricated building,as one of the important built forms and a critical carrier to achieve industrialized building,has embraced a brand new chance to develop.Prefabricated building can never continue without industrialized production of prefabricated components.The reason lies in the fact that industrialized building is an aggregation of several components that have been pre-produced in the factory and then sent to the site to assemble,which is one of those prominent technical characteristics.That pre-production of components can never continue without collective work of workers and that such mode of production demands updated knowledge、skills、quality from traditional workers who are likely to suffer maladjustments lead to the comparatively low quality of labor workers and shortage of skilled workers.Thus,the majority of factories combine journeymen and the unskilled ones in the process of production.On the other hand,due to the increasing work days,component production workers will gather rich experience to improve the efficiency.However,the traditional extensive manpower management that average productivity and experience adjustments are utilized to carry out human resource allocation,fail to consider how the technical proficiency will influence operation time nor adjust to a more elaborate and dynamic management.Consequently,human resource allocation exceeds and manpower cost soars.Owing to the above reasons,research on the relationship between work days and production efficiency contributes to optimized allocation of workers and cost decrease.Learning curve means that with the increase of labor times,knowledge is accumulated and proficiency is raised so unit man-hour and cost will reduce,which can reflect the relationship between proficiency and efficiency.There are numerous process and procedure in the components production.Workers in different procedure and learning stage will have different proficiency affecting the time on each operation resulting in different consumption of time during the whole production.Altering the proportion of journeymen and the unskilled ones in allocation can adjust and control flow time and further cost.So,this article will adopt learning curve in the established human resources allocation,in order to improve extensive management and reduce the labor cost,and take the effect of changing work time into consideration.At the first step,started from the production process of components,this article analyzed its work content and divided it into several parts in terms of procedure.Then based on the actual statistics,this article figured out the Learning curve equation of each procedure to describe the relationship between work days and proficiency.Afterwards,under the other limitations during production process such as estimated finish time、wage differential,the human resources allocation suitable for components production was established.Platform—Visual Studio was adopted for comparison and selection and choose the allocation with the lowest manpower cost.In the end,this article took a prefabricated components production factory as example to carry out research and test the feasibility.The result turned out to be good,namely the best allocation scheme was worked out,and critical processes as well as time spent on them to train journeymen were identified so that they could help to train and examine those skilled workers as significant reference.
