Research On Interest Distribution And Optimization Of Prefabricated Building Chain

With the explosive growth of prefabricated buildings,most provinces,cities and companies in China have begun to develop prefabricated buildings.However,at present,the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings in China is not developed enough,and the benefit distribution of industrial chain nodes is unreasonable.Therefore,relevant enterprises cannot achieve cooperative,integrated development to achieve synergistic effect.The cooperation among stakeholders at all nodes of the industrial chain is the prerequisite for the stable operation of the industrial chain and the key factor to ensure the stable development of the assembly industry,while the cooperation among stakeholders cannot be separated from a reasonable and effective benefit distribution mechanism.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy and stable development of the assembly building industry chain,this paper studies the cooperative benefit distribution scheme of the assembly building industry chain stakeholders.Firstly,understand the development and current research status of prefabricated building,define the concept of prefabricated building,prefabricated building chain and benefit distribution.At the same time,the characteristics of the industrial chain,the composition of the nodes and the participants involved are analyzed,which establishes a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the benefit distribution of the prefabricated building chain.Secondly,the cooperative relationship between the main nodes of the prefabricated building chain and the construction path of the industrial chain are analyzed to build a complete prefabricated building chain,and the dynamic mechanism of the prefabricated building chain is analyzed and established from the three aspects of internal regulation,external drive and macro-control.Next,this paper analyzes the identification and screening of the influencing factors of cooperative benefit distribution of various members of the prefabricated building chain,discusses the distribution principles,and defines the concept and connotation of stakeholders,laying a foundation for the construction of the benefit distribution model.The Shapley value method is adopted to construct the model of cooperative benefit distribution in the industrial chain.Factors affecting benefit distribution in the industrial chain are considered in many aspects,and four influencing factors including risk sharing,degree of cooperation,proportion of investment and position in the industrial chain are selected to improve the model by entropy weight method.Then Nash negotiation model is used to optimize the initial benefit distribution scheme as a whole.Finally,the reasonableness and scientificity of the above model is verified by the case empirical method,and the relevant conclusions have been proposed,and the countermeasures suggestions for distribution of assembled industrial chain benefits are proposed.
