E-commerce, which is the result of the development of the Internet, now is an important part of the information society. Internet itself has the features as follows: open; global; low cost; effective. These features help E-commerce beyond a new business model. Compared with traditional business, E-commerce has many features: virtual, unlimited time and space, low cost, interactive, information sharing, personality, direct sales, not identity, and hard to control.While these features help electronic commerce to develop so rapidly, they also bring many challenges to the industry. The lack of credit has become one of the key problems that hamper the development of electronic commerce. Especially in our country, the security technique of the virtual market is not enough, and the related law is not enough, either. The consumers in the Internet are probably suffered loss and the risk of the electronic commerce is too high. The credit problem gradually becomes the bottleneck of the development of electronic commerce.According to the features of the electronic commerce especially the C2C E-commerce, referencing on the game theory and other economic principles, this paper proposes a new integrated credit evaluation model and method which handles multi-factors related with trust. The detail work is as follows:1) This paper analyzes the definition and relationships of trust, reputation and credit, which are the core conceptions about credit evaluation in electronic commerce. And then this paper reveals the mechanism of electronic commerce by game theory and other economic principles.2) Referencing on the research about electronic commerce mechanism, based on the analysis of the main problems about the electronic commerce, this paper designs the credit evaluation indexes and grading, and raises the credit evaluation principles. Then this paper proposes a new integrated electronic commerce credit evaluation model and the credit information model.3) Based on the above model, this paper raises the credit evaluation method. The method uses fuzzy logic technique and handles multi-factors including transaction amount, time, background and personal relationships. 4) With the credit evaluation model and method this paper proposed, we develop a third-part E-commerce credit evaluation centre which is funded by Shanghai municipal commission of economy and informatization. The platform uses frameworks Struts2.0 and Hibernate3.2 and some related technique, and achieve the functions such as trade evaluation, credit information search, cheat report, credit supervise, online help and so on. And this platform can exchange trade data and credit data with other E-commerce platform.5) Though some credit evaluation experiments and analysis of the experiments'data, the credit evaluation model and method in this paper are tested and verified. The model and mothed are rational.Compared to related work, the proposed credit evaluation model and method in this paper covers many factors that were ignored before, including transaction amount, time, background, personal relationship, trade frequency and dishonest aggravation. So the model and method are more accurate and rational.
