Study On Tourist Management In World Class Natural Heritage Scenic Area

Related theories and practice in foreign countries prove that tourist management is a kind of effective way to realize sustainable development in natural heritage scenic area. Not only could it promote experience quality of tourists, but also is of great use to manage and protect places of interest, it is truly a good method to resolve the conflict between environment protection and tourists' satisfaction promotion. Although in shortage of domestic tourist management materials, the author tries to find a practical way of tourist management in natural heritage attractions to keep balance between protection of attractions and tourist satisfaction.Firstly, the author reviews tourist management theories , foreign tourist management achievements and its research contents ; secondly, the author states present conditions and problems in Chinese natural heritage places of interest and deeply analyzes reasons of these problems; thirdly, combining advanced theory and domestic practice, the author gives concrete countermeasures of tourist management for domestic natural heritage attractions; finally, there is a case study about Huang Shan place of interest, analyzing its useful tips in tourist management and giving some pieces of advice for future amelioration. The thesis mainly uses three research ways: literature research, comparing research and case study.This thesis tries to set up theory system for tourist management in our country's natural heritage places of interest and shows that feedback process of heritage tourist management is a synchronization testing process between tourist satisfaction and environment quality. After analyzing present situation in detail, the author concludes fundamental reason of present weakness of tourist management is the priority of economic advantage in each place of interest. Though some destinations, like Huang Shan, Tai Shan and E Mei Shan have gained achievements in facts of tourist management, there is still great distance from foreign countries' tourist management level, such as tourist participation, environment explanation, worker's skills and law enforcement and so on. In order to make use of function of tourist management and help those natural heritage places of interest develop sustainably, we have to establish our tourist management system from three aspects: first, to strengthen the environmental protection dynamics; second, to strengthen the tourist management measures; third, to perfect the tourist management feedback mechanism. What is more, this thesis is also useful to all domestic attractions basic on natural resources.
