Studys On The Development Models Of Characteristic Tourist Towns In Hulunbuir Area

Since the three ministries and commissions formulated and implemented the policy of "Notice on Developing Characteristic Towns" in 2016,more than 1,000 characteristic towns have been planned to be built in China(expected to reach 2020).In response to the call of the state,local governments at all levels have issued a series of relevant development plans for small towns with special characteristics.They have made corresponding arrangements from urban development policies to development funds,from urban development standards to urban planning.As a result,a vigorous wind of building characteristic towns has been launched throughout the country,thus speeding up the development of new-type urbanization in China.In particular,with the development of the characteristics of small cities and towns sweeping across the country,with the policy of "one belt and one road" and "western development",new requirements have been put forward for the development of special towns in the remote minority areas of Western China,especially those ethnic minority areas with unique natural views and cultural advantages.The development of Characteristic Urbanization in minority areas will play an extremely important role in promoting.On the basis of previous research and summary,the author takes the characteristic tourism towns in Hulunbuir minority areas of Inner Mongolia as the analysis objective of this paper.Starting with the collected data and the statistical survey results,the author makes an analysis of the urbanization rate in Hulunbuir area.On-the-spot investigation has been made on infrastructure construction,through in-depth exploration of the general situation of the development and construction of local characteristic tourism towns by the government of Hulunbuir minority areas,and through the analysis of the successful cases of the construction of characteristic tourism towns in this area,the development model of local government characteristic tourism towns has been obtained,and the development path of characteristic tourism towns in minority areas of our country has been promoted.It provides some reference and reference.Therefore,the innovation of this paper lies in: first,the proposal of small tourist towns with ethnic minority characteristics is based on the basic national conditions of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Regardless of the development goals and development modes,there are great differences between the construction of characteristic tourism towns and other characteristic towns' development modes,which provides an effective way to speed up the construction of new urbanization in our country and promotes it.China's economic,social and cultural unity has exerted a tremendous impact;second,the development of small tourism townswith characteristics,as a new way of urbanization development,indicates that its development needs systematization,standardization and specialization.At the same time,adhere to the principle of government-led,through government planning and guidance,so as to truly achieve the goal of combining theory with practice.
