Recruitment is an important part of human resource management.It is an important channel for enterprises to supplement new blood and acquire excellent talents.It is the key for enterprises to achieve strategic development,win and maintain competitiveness.Therefore,how to win the opportunity in the fierce competition for talents has become an important issue for enterprises to pay attention to and solve.In the final analysis,the competition between enterprises is the competition for talents.In this context,enterprises to establish a scientific and reasonable recruitment system,do a good job in all aspects of recruitment work,has become the top priority to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.By sorting out the theories related to recruitment management,Researching the recruitment management practices at home and abroad,analyzing the current situation of YT's recruitment process and channels,proposing the main problems in YT's recruitment management,as well as the deficiencies in campus recruitment and social recruitment,and analyzing the causes of the problems.In combination with the recruitment management theory,starting from the improvement of YT company's work analysis,the job responsibilities of each position are defined to provide accurate job requirements for targeted recruitment of each position.In order to better meet the supply situation of YT company's staff recruitment,this paper puts forward the formulation of human resources planning to meet the accurate talent recruitment needs of enterprise development.In addition,it has improved the professional ability of the recruitment team,accurately positioned the campus recruitment conditions and social recruitment procedures,and proposed the guarantee measures for YT company to implement effective recruitment management from the organizational,institutional and technical aspects.
