A Study On Haier Corporation Recycling Model Of Electronic Waste Based On Circular Economy

With the progress of science and technology, the renewal speed of electronic products becomes faster and faster. A wide variety of electronic waste is increasing rapidly. Without properly recycle, these electronic waste will cause serious damage to ecological environment and human health. At the same time, the electronic waste contains a great deal of resources which can be recycled. If we can take these resources for recycle use, the resources from electronic waste can effectively meet the shortage of resources. Therefore, it is the current goal that to establish a scientific and reasonable system of electronic waste recycling all over the world.This paper mainly does analysis on the household appliances recycle modes of Haier Corporation on the basis of circular economy theory. Under the guiding principle of "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle", deep researches have been done on extend producer responsibility, electronic waste reverse logistics and the electronic waste recycling system based on market-oriented third party recycling model through the analysis of Haier Corporation. The study found out that it is because the reverse logistics failing that led to the lack of recycling channels in the electronic waste recycling system of big household appliances manufacturing enterprises represented by Haier. So on the basis of the comprehensive analysis of reverse logistics modes of Haier Corporation, the paper explores reverse logistics modes selection factors. This paper is aiming to provide the beneficial references for household appliance manufactures represented by Haier Corporation on strategy and management aspects through establishing new recycling channels for the third party recycling companies.The third party recycling model is suitable for most of the electrical household appliances manufacturing enterprises under China's current national conditions. The third party recycling model can effectively improve the electronic waste recycling channel, which is a key link in the process of building electronic waste recycling system for electrical appliances manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, this paper pays close attention to electronic waste marketization recycling system that based on the of the third party recycling model. Then the third party enterprise cost and profit analysis, with the core system of payment mechanism, has been established to analysis countermeasures for the third party recycling enterprises under different conditions. The innovation of this paper is providing solutions for household appliances enterprises, through setting up a consumers coupon system which in order to regulate the electronic waste cycling channels, to establish a market-oriented and sustainable electronic waste recycling system in our country.
