Based on the introduction of the performance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper summarized in detail the circular economy theory and correlation performance evaluation theory, put forward enterprise development vision based on circular economy; This paper used the game theory to set up the game model between enterprises, between government and enterprise, gave the analysis of the game process and balanced outcome; Systematically introduced the design principle, then, from the economic index, eco-efficiency index, social index, the circular economy characteristics index and the learning ability index to construct the enterprise performance evaluation index system; Introduced triangular fuzzy numbers to improve fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and used the model for the empirical research; Finally, analyzed in detail the chinese enterprises development mode, As well as the supply system and the policy direction for circular economy development.
