With the continuous development of the social productive forces, the science and technology advancing and the economy globalizing, it is the level of the enterprise management which determines the success or failure of the enterprise development in the domestic and international competition. Since the 1980s, it has been a stage of cultural management for the development of the business management theory, which the cultural management pattern would be adapted to the enterprise management.Firstly, this paper proposes the concept and content of the enterprise cultural management pattern. It has been developed five stages for the evolution of the enterprise management pattern, which are the empirical management stage, the classical management stage, the management stage of behavioral science, the management of forest stage and the cultural management stage. It summarizes the basic rules of the enterprise management evolution, and analyzes the future trends of the enterprise cultural management pattern.Secondly, we explore the"center on human"and"ideology human"theory hypotheses of the cultural management pattern, using the rule of opposite unity in the philosophy and the duality management theory to analyze the nature of the cultural management pattern, with the five basic points which are the opposite unity of humanity and physical quality, the opposite unity of practicality and theoreticality, the opposite unity of rationality and irrationality, the opposite unity of hard and soft management, and the opposite unity of dynamic and stability. It reveals seven basic principles of the cultural management pattern, which are human-centered, values grouping, cultural competition, sustainable development, the overall system optimization, time values and management flexibility. Again, we study the preconditions and practical methods for the enterprise cultural management pattern to be implemented. The implementation process of the cultural management pattern is divided into three stages, which are the initial introduction stage, the mature development stage, and the innovational development stage. And the enterprise needs to take different measures in the three stages.Finally, we make the implementation of cultural management pattern in Haier Group as a study case.
