With China's gradual opening-up and the large-scale expansion of the multi-national corporations, an increasing number of foreign enterprises have been entering China, seeking for opportunities to cooperate with the Chinese companies in the form of sole proprietorship or joint venture. While in the cooperation with their Chinese partners, cultural differences and conflicts have exerted a great influence on those multi-national co operations, among which the Japanese companies are seriously affected. This paper, beginning with the study of the original cause of the cultural differences, focuses on the cause of the Chinese and Japanese cultural differences and their influence in the fields of company strategies, HR management, marketing management and financial management, etc, based on which a cross-culture consolidation solution to the RMJ PHAR (CHINA)CO., LTD's company strategies, HR management, marketing management and financial management is proposed, in the aim of providing solutions worthy of reference to solve the cultural issues in some Japanese companies in China. |
