A Research On Cross-Culture Management Of Foreign Investments In China

With the continuous development of the world economic integration, more and more enterprises have gone into the competitive markets in the world and therefore the cross-cultural management has been becoming an important thing. After China's entry into WTO, China's huge market has attracted more and more cross-national enterprises to come to China for investment. However, at the same time of bringing in capital, technology and the advanced management, the foreign-investment enterprises have brought different cultural concepts and values. Facing these cultural conflicts, foreign-investment enterprises will surely be confronted with confusion in management. How to reduce differences to construct the joint management culture fit for development has become the threshold to be crossed for each foreign-investment enterprise going into China's market.As a new carrier of ideological and political work of the enterprises in the new century, the enterprise culture has brought vigor to the traditional ideological and political work of the enterprises.
