Studay On Virtual Logistics Alliance Risk Control

With the unceasing development of computer network technology and modern communication technology, virtual logistics alliance gradually becomes a new trend in the logistics industry. Virtual logistics alliance brings some profit to the cooperative enterprises along with relevant risk. If these risk were not dealed with well, it may cause obstacles in the operation of virtual logistics alliance, and even cause disintegration of the entire alliance. Therefore, analyzing the risks of virtual logistics alliance and taking effective control measures has an extremely significance for the normal operation of the virtual logistics alliance.First, it analyzes the characteristics for the risk factors inside and outside of virtual logistics alliance, and the formation reasons of these risk factors. By using the information entropy of risk analysis method, and establishing the risk analysis fault tree, it calculates each risk factor's weights, and compares these weights of various risk factors. Finally it concludes that the credit, information and communication are the three main cooperation risks of virtual logistics alliance. Then, it designs risk control model according to the construction of virtual logistics alliance and the main risk factors which are concluded. This model puts emphasis on the partner selection, profit distribution, information sharing, trust mechanism and breach penalty mechanism to control the virtual logistics alliance risks.After that, it puts forward the phases of risk control method according to the periodicity characteristics that embodied in the formation and operation of virtual logistics alliance. And it proposes virtual logistics alliance risk control strategy respectively from three stages which are formation, operation and disintegration It establishes risk control countermeasures table for general risk factors to control the risks of virtual logistics alliance.Finally, it uses the established virtual logistics alliance of Dalian Dingsheng logistics companies as an example. According to the model, it selects the suitable partners, fair profit distribution to verify the establishment of risk control model is feasible and efficient.
