In construction engineering project, the cost of building materials accounts for 60% to 70% of total project cost, and the proportion of logistics cost in material cost is increasing. In order to reduce the construction cost, more and more construction general contractors began to pay much attention to management of construction logistics. Due to the particularity of construction products, construction project logistics has its own characteristics such as non-repeatability, strong associability and uncertainty etc. Study the trust risk problems of construction project logistics is beneficial to strengthen the stability and efficiency of logistics system, reduce logistics costs, and then reduce construction cost.This paper analyzes the influence factors of construction logistics trust risk and its countermeasures. Firstly, this paper analyzes several modes of Chinese construction supply logistics, and the construction supply logistics of this paper is based on the model of “construction general contractors + materials manufactures + the third party logistics enterprise”. This paper proposed construction project logistics system are respectively by the general contractors, material manufacturers, third party logistics enterprise and the external environment. Combined with trust risk and the characteristics of construction project logistics, this paper also analyzes the characteristics of construction project logistics risk of trust.Secondly, the source of trust risk comes from logistics agent and the external environment and include six aspects such as general contractor trust risk, material manufacturers trust risk, logistics enterprise trust risk, natural and social risk and contract management risk. DEMATEL was used to select the key risk factors and establish index system. With the triangular fuzzy number was introducing to traditional fault tree, this paper gave a set of complete trust risk evaluation model, and on the basis of this model main factors were determined.Lastly, credit evaluation system based on entropy weight TOPSIS was put forward and this credit evaluation can provide theory guide for general contractors to choose the appropriate logistics partners. This paper also provide countermeasures for general contractors separately from the plan management, information management, contract management and logistics operation environment.The results of this paper make general contractors more easily to understand the overall condition of the construction project logistics trust risk. It can also make the managers of the general contractors to master the trust risk of logistics system from the macroscopic view and establish good trust risk countermeasures. It can also reduce property losses and the occurrence of risk events and establish long-term, stable cooperation with logistics partners.
