The Study Of Qinhuangdao Urban Leisure Business Public Environment

Urban commercial public environment is often the evaluation of an important reference for city development. So, with the urban competition intensifies, how to maintain their own advantages, how to create a reasonable appliance characteristic city, become the important problem of city development. Because competition mechanism and characteristics of city theory are proposed, it promotes the city leisure business form in constant improvement of its various functions at the same time, and to create reasonable business environment has also put forward further requirements. On the other hand, China's rapid economic and social development, the huge consumer demand are releasing, many past pure productive city to consumption city transformation, on the basis of tourism and recreation a lot of cities develops leisure economy, and becoming the new economic growth point. Qinhuangdao is a tourist city, and its urban development need to build a good leisure business environment. Are there examples of successful leisure business environment in Qinhuangdao? The answer is little. Therefore, this paper argues that Qinhuangdao constructs urban leisure business environment and explores its function is one of the measures to improve urban environment, enhance the city competitiveness.The research object of this paper is business environment in Qinhuangdao, and combines with other typical cities. Firstly it analyses present situation , the composition and impact factors of urban leisure business environment, and summarizes theoretical foundation of building urban leisure business public environment. On this basis, analysis of construction situation of Qinhuangdao urban leisure business public environment, aiming at Qinhuangdao business public environment, and analysis shows the main problems that exist in construction, and starting from the rationality of planning and design, researches by using environmental design approach, and then discusses the design of embodying Qinhuangdao's characteristics of urban leisure business public environment, at the same time puts forward building urban leisure business public environment is the developing orientation of Qinhuangdao. This paper also discusses the unique advantages of constructing urban leisure business public environment in Qinhuangdao, and proposes that modernization of leisure economic philosophy should be fostered in Qinhuangdao to create an international leisure and business public environment, improve leisure facilities, extend personalized leisure service, and establish an international image of'recreation'city. Through the analysis of Qinhuangdao urban leisure business public environment, it can provide certain reference for Qinhuangdao business environment development.
