Analysis On The Development Status Of Leisure Agriculture Tourism In Qinhuang Island

Leisure agricultural tourism is a new form of tourism, leisure tourism and agricultural production is a combination of comprehensive industry. Leisure agriculture mainly uses the natural resources of ecological environment, combining the resources of the agricultural production, agricultural culture, the development of tourism, leisure and tourism, a form of agricultural production and operation. Leisure agriculture has developed the agricultural resources, adjusted the agricultural structure, improved the agricultural environment, and increased the income of farmers. Developing leisure agriculture is of great significance to agriculture, tourism and so on, especially for solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers".Leisure agricultural tourism is a new form of tourism, leisure tourism and agricultural production is a combination of comprehensive industry. Developing leisure agriculture is of great significance to agriculture, tourism and so on, especially for solving the problem of "agriculture, countryside and fanners".It has the natural resources of natural, the scarcity of ecological and unique folk culture, with the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the reasonable development of leisure agricultural tourism is to expand agricultural functions of Qinhuangdao, improve the income of the farmers, adjust and optimize the industrial structure in rural areas, drive the development of related industries, improve the rural environment, increasing employment opportunities for farmers, have a strong role in promoting. However, in the development process, there is a lack of talent, management confusion, serious product homogeneity, poor infrastructure and other issues.This article uses the literature investigation, expert interview and comparative study, introduces the development of leisure agriculture at home and abroad, and it summarizes the relevant theories of leisure agriculture, analyses the present situation and development of Qinhuangdao leisure agriculture tourism advantages.We discussed the issues during development process, used the application of SWOT analysis method, studied the Qinhuangdao leisure agriculture, put forward suitable countermeasure and the suggestion of the leisure agriculture tourism in Qinhuangdao, the main research conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on a relatively developed countries abroad and domestic development of more mature city introduction and the analysis shows that the development of leisure agriculture in the process should be under the government’s help and intervention, and should be doing moderate development, pay attention to play to the function of the leisure agriculture, pay attention to the introduction of diversified investment way and pay attention to the construction of entity and creative implementation of the marketing strategy.(2) On the basis of existing study of leisure agriculture tourism, it defined the leisure agriculture: with the premise of agricultural resources, in terms of travel content, on the theme of the tourism, I am reasonable design, construction and management of scientific, combine effectively agricultural and tourism and agricultural and tourism ornamental, fully display the function of the rural and agricultural, meet consumers’vacation, fitness, tourism, and other complex tourism form of entertainment and experience requirements.(3) Based on leisure agriculture SWOT analysis:it has superior natural conditions, abundant agricultural resources, convenient geographical conditions, strong local culture, the diversity of tourism resources in Qinhuangdao. It still belongs to the primary stage of the development of leisure agriculture, in order to develop well, base on the foundation of the development of scientific planning and development of related industries, using the government’s policy support, transfer the deployment of good money, and creative experience in the development. Put forward four strategies, it contained development strategy, reverse strategy, diversification strategy, conservative strategy.(4) Developing leisure agriculture of the main countermeasures in Qinhuangdao, it should play to the government to guide the development of leisure agriculture, science and technology lead, project to promote the positive role of the respect such as;Perfecting the policy mechanism, the introduction of high-quality talent to provide intellectual support for the development of leisure agriculture;Development characteristics, cultural tourism products, outstanding project experience, it promote the development of leisure agriculture and cultural industry integration;To strengthen the tourism management department function, optimize the development environment, building a supporting system for the leisure agriculture development; Integrating Leisure agriculture tourism products and "wisdom tourism" project of Qinhuangdao.
