As an untraditional research method of economic, Economic Simulation has been accepted and held in high regard by the economic researchers in recent years. Taken as emblematical representation of the simulation platform, Swarm which was developed by the Santa Fe Institute in America has been used for many years and has achieved great effect. Simulation now has become a very important method of economic research. The stock market of our country gradually resuscitates after a six-year's adjustment form late 2006. More and more investors and funds are swarming into the stock market and the stock dealing in the market now is much more actively than before. But, after a transitory sharp-rise, the stock market begin went down sharply. Compared with the highest point of 2007, the index of the stock has already cut down about 50%. With the acutely fluctuate of the stock market, the problem of whether our stock market is normal and the diversified non-compliance in stock dealing is gradually comes forth again. The problem of stock market regulation catches the attention of the regulators and investors again. Proper regulation measure will ensure well development of stock market and stabilization of financial market in our country. This thesis analyzes two kinds regulation of the non-compliance of the institutional investors in stock dealing which are collusion of the institutional investors and encroaching on small and medium-sized investors' benefit. This thesis will analyzes the regulation problem by using Game Theory and programming simulation models to work out some effective regulation measure for controlling the stock market and safeguarding the benefit of investors to ensure well development of the stock market.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the regulation problem of the two kinds of the non-compliance of the institutional investors. Secondly, on the basis of the former analysis this thesis work out the dynamic simulation model to prove and expand the former result and put forward the effective regulation measures. At last, this thesis also discusses the function of the institutional investors for the stock market and the regulation direction that we mustn't forbid any institutional investors and we should control them to lead the institutional investors to do their part in our financial market. At the same time, this thesis takes further consideration about the function of economic simulation in the economic research.
