This paper taking Hebei province as an example, discusses the low-rent housing in our province, points out the problems and analyzed the reasons existing in the current low-rent housing system, by the use of comparing the characteristic of the low-rent housing system in America, Singapore and Hong Kong, on the basis of the situation of our province, posed advices about low-rent housing supplying system. Including: aggrandizement government responsibility, expanding financing ways, increasing house resource, increasing personal income inspect, perfecting the exiting mechanism, finally perfecting the law institution of the low-rent housing supplying system.
