The China mobile telecommunication market is developing rapidly along with the growing economy of China. The mobile telecommunication has taken place of the land line and becomes to the primary way of communication. With restructuring of the telecommunications industry ,China Mobile,China Unicom and Chian Telecome become the main operatores in the telecommunication market of China. And the competition among these three leading operators will be increasing intense.With the third generation mobile communication (3G) licenses issued, the pattern of telecommunications industry has changed greatly, and telecom operators have entered the era of full-service competetion.The future 3G market of China will make a chang and its features will definitely redesign the framework of telecom and boost the energy into the markets,the increase mode will change from user quantity to value added application instead of traditional voice application,which mainly focus on multimedia applications and data applications. In the circumstances, one creative operation idea is the key point to boom up new users and increase the profits. So a creative but reasonable and effective strategy is necessary to be developed through studying successful experience from leading countries.The key of improving competitiveness of China mobile is the marketing capabilities of data and information services which are developed by enhancing the information value. Research on product structures and promotion ways of data and information services will help China mobile avoid risks and enter the 3G market quickly.All of these will have well practical value.In this thesis,using integrated knowledge of modern marketing theory,economics and methodology ,influence of full-service competitive patten of data and information services on the competitiveness of China Mobile is the starting point of analysis.Firstly the thesis annlyzes the experience of developing 3G data and information business in Europe,Northe America,Japan and Korea.Then with some datas and information of the regional market,the author takes a preliminary qualitative and quantitative research and does a in-depth research through the market position, product,promotion and advertisement.Finally, a set of relatively complete data and information to business operation evaluation system is established.And the article also put forward some suggestions for China's data and information business .
