Research On Strategic Synergy Mode Of Diversified Enterprises

With the development of market economy and constant change of the internal and external environment,many companies have adopted the field expansion and market expansion to expand business scale constantly and have developed into a diversified enterprise.However all business units are independent of each other in their own way in the course of the operation.The business synergy is obvious,the organization management and control ideas are not clear, inefficient use of resources, knowledge and interactive obstacles, all result in low overall operating efficiency.It has become the important issue in the development of diversified enterprises of how to play the overall advantage and achieve the strategic corperation effect of diversified enterprises to build the core competitive advantage.This paper analyzes the characteristics of diversified corporation strategic system and the motivation of the diversified corporation which are based on the collaborative research of diversified business strategy that has already been existent both at home and abroad. And it analyzes the resistance of diversified corporation in the process of strategic corporation generalizes the mistakes that existed in the strategic corporation of diversified corporations.This thesis constructs the strategic corporation framework of diversified corporations from the three perspectives of the contents, process and arrangement of strategic collaboration based on the theories of corporation consultative model and systematic structures (CIMOSA).This paper focuses on strategic collaborative content from the business collaboration, organization collaboration, resource coordination and knowledge collaboration.It constructs the progressive model of operational collaboration and defines the meanings of every operational unit on the basis of strategic group theory, builds the appraisal index system from the conditions of the external markets and internal competition of the operational units, uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate,puts forward the recognitive method of business collaboration opportunity according to the value-chain analysis theory, summarizes the collaborative appraisal method with the comparative analysis of the four dimensions of the operational units and summarizes the corresponding operational collaboration strategy.Ande then it proposes the three organizational collaboration model of value chain, star-like model and network model by analyzing the organizational collaboration modes according to the characteristics of correlation, and further proposes the value realization method in resource collaboration in the dimension of strategic collaboration and constructs knowledge collaboration platform to conform the organizational, operational and resource collaboration.Finally, this paper conducts a comprehensive application research on the theories and methods that is proposed. It puts up a strategic planning to an industrial corporation and explains the process of strategic collaboration with the operational collaboration as the main stream. Through business collaboration evaluation, it digs out the synergistic opportunities of enterprise business units and the corresponding operational collaboration strategy and organizational collaboration model in terms of the strong correlation among operational units.
