Js Group's Business Model Research

Based on a carefully reading up of related literatures, this paper points out that in the perspective of SBU business model is a congregation of a series of structure and system arrangement, which are to integrate and utilize resource of the SBU's own and external stakeholders' and to acquire value in the meantime of creating value for customer after make explicit its positioning, both internal and external。In the perspective of SBU business model contains four first-order elements:Internal Structure,positioning,value creating/acquiring and partnership relations which can divide into 8 second-order elements:internal positioning,external positioning,partnership relations,business portfolio,profit model,operation model,management model and organization model。Business model can be sorted by these 8 elements, and each business model corresponds a link line on the radar chart。This paper also analyses history evolution of JS Group and the existing problem of the present business model, and then point that the new business model's core lies in the changing of SBU's positioning and reconstruction of business portfolio with the reform of profit model and partnership relations。Furthermore, in the end of the article author indicates the precondition and supporting measure to carry out the new business model。...
