The Improvement Research On Business Unit Organizational Change Of Company BK

Under external organization incentive competition and challenge, Company BK must make strategic adjustment to maintain a competitive advantage and sustainable development, which is to establish the customer service organizational system to improve the service quality and efficiency.This paper used the basic knowledge of organization structure design, division system, change management theory, through the questionnaire and middle management staff interviews, to collect and analysis of internal members of the cognition and attitude to organizational change, and found the problems of authorization, collaborative, incentives after reform. The paper studied the theory and the causes of the problems found, further elaborated the division of core of organizational change was the authorization problem. The only company to complete the business department, division of effective inside, a clear mandate, can give full play to the role of the division structure. With the company’s strategic adjustment target, in the full authorized basis, clearing division with non division boundaries was to realize and exert synergistic effect, promote the strategic goal of efficient. Incentive system not only was reformed according to the organizational changing, but provided the guarantee for the reform.Base on the application of the theories and the problems, it tried to put forward the improvement scheme to solve the problem from the improvement of organizational structure, the new post setting, incentives to improve evaluation and perfect the management system etc. The research would like to help company BK to improve management in accordance with the business unit structure of strategic development needs, and provide case and ideas for same studies and kinds of companies.
