With the evolution of science and information technology, environment for survival of enterprise is constantly changing, mainly reflected in rapid technological updates, the rapid spread of information and knowledge, the trend of economic globalization and the changing market environment caused by economic globalization. In many cases that the 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is gradually replacing the natural and financial resources and becomes the most important factor of production. Survival and development of enterprises will be increasingly dependent on all kinds of knowledge. Knowledge has become an important source of value creation and key element for maintaining our edge, creating a competitive advantage. In the market environment of fierce competition, which production costs, the homogenization of products grows, life cycles shrink, success will belong to the enterprises that can make continuous innovation of knowledge, then spread it to all departments of the organization, absorb it and use it to develop new products.Changes in Factors of production make the way of enterprise organization and management continuing evolution. Therefore, knowledge management has become the hotspot of study in the organization and management. And knowledge sharing is considered to be a key steps and important segment of knowledge management success. But during the management practice of knowledge sharing, employees are always reluctant to share the knowledge they have. How to break the obstacles such as subjective unwilling, make the knowledge sharing successful is the important research area of knowledge management. Domestic and foreign scholars have made a large amount of research on these. Lots of researches establish appropriate incentive mechanisms to keep employees engaged and motive for knowledge sharing.By considering related theory of knowledge management and team, and discussing the current domestic and international research on knowledge sharing, reviewed. This paper points out that differences between groups and teams often distinguish fuzzy in the existing team knowledge sharing incentive mechanism review. And foreign scholars Itoh proposed a concept by endogenous team and teamwork "fraternity" model, which properly shows the contact between team members. The paper uses Itoh's endogenous team concepts, and introduces it in the principal-agent theory to make the team cooperation method modeling. Two team knowledge sharing incentive mechanism design model are set up. The relationship between the knowledge sharing effort level and the cost of team collaboration, the importance of collaboration coefficient and the incentive strength, the impact by the importance of team collaboration coefficient, absolute risk aversion coefficient and the degree of uncertainty on the set of optimal incentive strength are analyzed. In the meanwhile considering the actual situation, the team members'inequity aversion preferences are introduced to the model. The equilibrium effort level of team cooperation chosen by purely self-serving agents and agents of inequity aversion preferences were analyzed in this paper. The Principal's incentive policy in the two conditions was compared by numerical simulation too. Based on the study of the model and it's the meaning of practice, policies was proposed for the enterprise team knowledge sharing system and incentive.
