IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)project management teams have huge tacit knowledge.Tacit knowledge sharing behavior between team members is critical to improve project performance,and it is also the key to integrate teams to achieve project success.However,the tacit knowledge exists inside the individual members and has internal recessive and complex.The important influence of knowledge leadership on knowledge sharing has been paid more and more attention by scholars at home and abroad.In IPD project management teams with rich relational capital,knowledge leadership acts as the driving force and catalyst for the effective utilization of team knowledge resources,and also motivates tacit knowledge sharing behavior among members.However,the influencing mechanism of Knowledge leadership on tacit knowledge sharing,trust of IPD project management team is not clear.This thesis collects data through the questionnaire survey and then analyzes it to bring up the conclusion after a series of hypothesis test.The results show that relationship capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between knowledge leadership and tacit knowledge sharing of IPD project management team.Multi-objective incentive mechanism setting has a positive regulating effect in the relationship between knowledge leadership and tacit knowledge sharing in IPD project management teams.However,single-objective incentive mechanism setting has not been able to significantly adjust the relationship.This thesis provides a new perspective for studying the mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing in IPD project management teams and enriches the theoretical foundation of knowledge leadership and relational capital.In addition,this thesis provides a theoretical reference for IPD project management teams to make full use of tacit knowledge in order to obtain project success.
