With the coming of the era of knowledge-based economy, and team as an organizational form is widely using, as a combination of the both, knowledge-based team has being given much attention. Knowledge, as a source of value creating of knowledge-based team, becomes inexhaustible motive power for the team to achieve the goal, and it has non- reducing revenue and sharing-growth characteristics, so that it can double a knowledge-based team's efficiency, and the other team forms can not be compared with it. In the light of its important position in knowledge-based team's knowledge management, knowledge-sharing has become a hot topic in the field of knowledge management and human resources management.Study of knowledge-sharing has been mainly focus on the theoretical study, which use economic theory of knowledge-sharing team to analyze this problem, or from the perspective of human resources management point out the strategies of improving the level of knowledge -sharing. But the impact factors on knowledge-sharing and their impact level have not been more attentions by scholars. On this issue, this article gives a preliminary exploration study, analyzing the important role of knowledge-sharing in improving the efficiency of the team, and analyzing the importance of team mechanism for knowledge-sharing from the perspective of theory. As members of the knowledge-based team to the samples, evidence from the perspective of analyzes the impact factors and their level of knowledge-sharing of knowledge-based team, the last, gives some advices of raising the level of knowledge-sharing for knowledge-based team.This paper has two stages. The first stage is the theoretical analysis, using principal -agent theory and game theory respectively, knowledge-sharing in the efficiency of the team and the important role of the mechanism are analyzed, and achieves the desired goal. The second stage is the empirical analysis, in the light of the study needs, designs a questionnaire and carries out; on the basis of One-Way ANOVA analysis, studies the individual variables'influences on knowledge-sharing; and using factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis methods, analyzes the impact factors of knowledge-sharing of knowledge-based team members, and gets the impact level of the major factors and the regression equations, and the assumptions are verified. The result of empirical analysis:"assessment and incentive","corporate culture"and"leadership"are the main factors which impact knowledge-sharing level of knowledge-based team,"team's goal"and"team structure"don't impact significantly; team structure has an indirect impact on knowledge-sharing through"assessment and incentive"and"corporate culture"; material incentives for knowledge-sharing are more significant, and the spirit incentives'effects is very clear.According to the analysis conclusions, this paper puts forward several rationalize advices on increasing knowledge-sharing level of knowledge-based members, including: designing a personalized system of salary, effectively inspiring the great importance of spirit incentives to knowledge -sharing, joining knowledge-sharing into the assessment system; increasing the team's amusements projects, developing good communication atmosphere; improving the quality of team's leader, strengthening leaders suit to the team, practicing the tenure of office of leaders and periodical assessment; making a clear goal , perfecting the structure of the team, and so on.
