Research On Biomedical Industry Cluster Competitiveness In Chongqing

Industry cluster plays an important role for regional economic development. It has great market competitiveness. Many areas scramble for the development of industry cluster in order to gain priority competitive advantage. It makes industry cluster become scholars and government common concerned hot. At present, there is no research using industrial cluster theory to research chongqing biomedicine industry. With the angle of industrial clusters, this article make a systematic research about chongqing biomedicine industry cluster. It includes defining biomedicine industry cluster and discussing chongqing biomedicine industry cluster competitiveness evaluation problem along the logic thinking of the industrial clusters' competitiveness evaluation. This research has important theoretical significance and practical significance for enriching the industrial clusters' competitiveness evaluation research and guiding industrial cluster competitiveness practice activities.Based on the theory of industrial clusters, this paper make a comparative in-depth analysis about biomedicine industry cluster concept, characteristics and factors affecting competitiveness. This paper argues that the main influence factors have four. Government influence the development of industrial clusters through the system, fiscal policy, public goods supply, market environment maintenance and economic guidance. Technical progress can improve the product quality, create new requirements, and expand the market capacity, thereby enhancing enterprise's profit ability. It is the most direct driving power to promote the upgrading of industrial cluster. Active capital market can provide long-term continuous capital for development and achievements of new drug, is the important conditions of the biological medicine industry cluster development. Perfect public service platform including incubator, various agencies, contract research organizations, and other forms and other forms has important impetus of the development of industrial cluster. In chongqing biomedicine industry cluster competitiveness evaluation part, this paper established the three-layer evaluation index system on the basis of the GEM model and used ahp and entropy method determining the index weight according to the ideas of combining the quantitative and qualitative evaluation, to make the results of the evaluation of the industrial clusters' competitiveness approaches the real situation and provide more scientific criteria for chongqing, Shanghai, chengdu, tianjin all biological medicine industry cluster competitiveness comparative analysis.
