With China's large-scale construction of urban transit, the urban transit operating mileage, running density and running speed have been greatly improved. Under this development trend, as a core part of the subway signaling system, CBTC system has become more and more important. However, due to the characteristics of subway signaling project, the limitation of the previous project implementation methods has become increasingly prominent. This limitation mainly reflects in the inefficient partner management and project managers often fail to determine the key point of managing partner. To solve the above issues, this paper presents some innovative and flexible methods. It begins with introducing the functional requirements of subway signaling CBTC system, and then analyzes the requirements and multi-partnership, lies in determining the key point of managing partner by project manager in different stages, finally establishes the multi-partner cooperation management model. It studies the application of multi-partner cooperation management in the subway signaling enterprises. By implementing Shenzhen Line two and Guangzhou Line six signaling system projects, the multi-partnership model verifies its feasibility. And Shenzhen Metro Line two CBTC system creates a record of the shortest opening time. The main task of this article is to establish multi-partner cooperation management model in subway signal enterprise. The fact shows that the model greatly improves the efficiency of project management.
