The Design And Implement For Internet Land Registration Information System Based On PHP

With population growth and the development of socio-economic, the process of urbanization is accelerating more, the operation task and operation range of the land department are expanding constantly. The primary management mode is hard to meet the need of daily business of government departments any longer. Clearly, the only way to solve this problem is by using the mode of "electronic government" to achieve efficient, transparent, standardized electronic internal office, coordination office. Land registration is the foundation of land resources management and "Electronic Government" is an important mode of government daily operation. Therefore, establish the internet information system of land registration is an important component of "electronic government".First, this paper stating from the concept of land registration and land registration information system,after review the significance of land registration and the domestic and international situation and development of land registration; Second, introduce the main technology that will use land registration office on the development of network system: the concept of PHP and MySQL, features, operating environment, and so on. After based the analysis and comparison of the current process of land registration and classification building the database model and the overall framework of land registration system; finally development and implementation the information system of land registration and describe the system's main functions in detail.In this paper the main results obtained are as follows: Analysised the processes of land registration and finished the whole system design which guided by "electronic government". By using of PHP and MySQL database technology and combined with the features of land registration services, Apply Zend Studio development platform, Use visual data management tool phpMyAdmin to manage MySQL database, developed a land registration system which based PHP + MySQL technology. Implement the online application, online approval, graphic query, print certificates and other functions.This paper implements the whole process of land registration on internet and contributes a new model for daily business of government departments.
