| According to WTO agreement China had promised to open the field of pharmaceutical circulation on January 1st, 2003. Therefore, the internationalization of pharmaceutical logistics has been put on the order of the day. The national Economic&Trade Commission has taken some policies to improve China's modern pharmaceutical logistics system which is regarded as one of the most important projects assisted by the national debt. Now in the field of pharmaceutical circulation, the cost as well as the charges are too high, the profit deceases ceaselessly;the bad debt of pharmaceutical enterprises keep increasing and more and more foreign companies come to china, meanwhile, a series of policies which were put forward to improve the construction of pharmaceutical logistics system had led to "hot investment of pharmaceutical logistics". Under the complex circumstances, how to build and develop China's pharmaceutical logistics become an important task undoubtedly. Therefore, it deserves to have a research on the building of our pharmaceutical logistics.In this article the author made good use of the connection of theory and fact as well as words and graphs;through lots of data and materials to analyze the actuality of China's pharmaceutical enterprises, and then analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity, threat of China's pharmaceutical logistics. Meanwhile on the basis of the analysis of SWOT the author tried to explore the reasons deeply and find the root of these problems. Through the analysis of experiments of developed countries such as America &Japan the author used the basic theory of logistics management and SCM to put forward configuration of pharmaceutical logistics model in the field of pharmaceutical circulation in China and put forward some advice on how to improve it. In the last part of the article, from the point of view of government and enterprise the author put forward some countermeasures of building the modern logistics model of pharmaceuticals. |
