Then taking the overhaul maintenance-of the polyester factory in 2005 key item345-R-03 project maintenance as example, it makes the rational and feasible project progress plan depending on network plan technology. The project time limit used is cut down by 11% compared to the original plan. On the basis of overall analysis, the paper pointed out the major control factors and measurement for the plan implementation stage.
