By the comparison and analysis of the standard system, testing system, certifieation system and quality centrol system for animal production in the world, problems in these aspects were pointed out and some suggestions were gave. Accodingly, HACCP system should be established in pollution-free broiler production in order to insure chicken product safety.Haccp was english abbreviation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point, which was thought as the best and most effective administrative system for controlling foodstuff safety and qulity. In this paper, the origin, characters, advantages and 7 principles and 12 steps of HACCP were introduced detailedly. The status of HACCP application in all over the world and all industries was illuminated. HACCP was advocated by international institutes,governments and industries of the whole world. Feasibility of the HACCP application in farm and broiler farm was anatomized.According to the survey of the actuality of broiler production in our country and Henan province, essential factors restricted the development of broiler industy and "bottle-neck" for broiler production were analyzed. In this study, we introduced HACCP applied widely in food manufacture industries into broiler industry at farm level to reduce the biologic, chemical and physical hazards. The SSOP and HACCP plan model of broiler farm was established. In this model, chicken receving, feed management and veterinary medicine management were identified as critical control points(CCPs). And the corresponding control measures were also established. This study was the guideline to the broiler farm companies to establish own farm HACCP model according to own conditions and offered the support to further study broiler farm HACCP.
