| Recently, the packaging industry has developed rapidly with a high degree of automatization and computerization, which leads to the development of latticing, informatization and intelligentization of packaging industry. The traditional management model lags behind the development of packaging enterprise along with the appearance of Internet and e-business. Now, most of the packaging enterprises adopt the administrative software, which is ready-made and aims at only one aspect whereas lacks systematization and integration. The Supply Chain Management is a kind of management thoughts presented in the last 80s'of the 19th century, and it carries out the plan and control function of logistics, ranging from the supplier to the end user. The SCM theory attracts far-ranging attention of the global theory filed and business world, and it is thought to be the most advanced management thoughts. With the development of computer techniques, many domestic and overseas enterprises have built their own SCM systems. There is no SCM system for packaging enterprise of China, so it is necessary to build a systematic, integrated and special logistics supply chain system for packaging enterprises. In this paper, the logistics supply chain is applied to packaging enterprises and at the same time the systematic software is developed to meet the requirement. First, the development situation of Chinese packaging enterprises is investigated thoroughly and the requirement of supply chain system is gotten. Next, the system framework is built in accordance with management mode and requirement of the packaging enterprises, and each function subsystem is analyzed and designed. And then the system framework is obtained, the main operation flows and function of each module are described detailedly. Finally, the database is designed in detail, and the application program is compiled with JSP technique. The software runs well and works practically after testing. |
